You wanna talk about a throwback to a simpler time, you talk about this place. It has that old school feel that makes you think about servers on roller skates. You pull up and hop out to order and you get friendly staff to greet you at the order window. Standard fast food fare. However it is made with care and quality that you can taste. I don't know when I will be back that way, but I will make a return trip. 9/10.

On a road trip from Canada and zoomed into Rocket Drive-In in Jennings, Louisiana, and holy cow—or should I say holy bacon cheeseburger?! This juicy stack of perfection blasted my taste buds into orbit, and the banana walnut shake? A creamy, nutty dream that had me swooning like a lovesick astronaut. 10/10, folks—this place is a flavor launchpad that’ll have you rocketing back for more! I hope this place never changes.

We were just passing through and my navigator found this great place to have lunch. We both had burgers and fries which were great. They also had the best sweet tea. I would love to visit again, if we are in the area again.

Dang, this place is 100% worth stopping to eat vs a drive thru place nearby. The atmosphere is a 50's drive up dinner with a few tables, and counter service. The burgers are in the 4-7 range depending on topping, and are juicy and tasty. Highly recommend the "Son in law" burger, comes with pulled pork on top.

At 57 yrs of age, I've been going to Rocket Drive Inn since I was a teenager. It definitely beats out such places like Burger King, Sonic, McDonald's & etc. The food at Rocket is just {better}. The customer service was exceptional. No long wait. The restaurant appeared to be clean & organized when I peered thru the service window. Yes, the cleanliness & organization of a restaurant says ALOT as to how your food is cooked, prepared, & served. No complaints! Keep up the good work catering your service to the general public of The City of Jennings. Please give back to your community; wherefore, your generosity SHALL come back to you.

Rockets drive in has great burgers employees were very friendly & helpful on what to order. Oh did I mention they have homemade burgers not any of this frozen stuff

What a beautiful day God created! The short drive to Jennings for a Rocket Drive In burger is definitely worth it! Blast burger, HOMEMADE onion rings and a peanut butter shake. They are super friendly and our food came out hot, fresh and pretty quick. Since it was such a pretty day, we decided to sit under the awning(outdoor seating only-no dine in). We usually get it to go or eat in the vehicle with ac. Our handmade burgers were the perfect size. Not too big to feel stuffed, just enough to be content. And the HOMEMADE onion rings were lightly battered and fried to perfection. My peanut butter shake was such a treat to finish it all off. They're definitely doing more than something right and absolutely worth the drive or slight detour when passing through. Y'all go check out The Rocket Drive In in Jennings, LA. You won't be disappointed.

This was a very good place. Price very fairly. You actually get your food and or ice cream or whatever you desire the way you order it. Seems to be family-run cost no more than going to dairy Queen or somewhere else much better than the other places though. I had gotten a cheeseburger fries and a Heath blizzard I do not think they are called blizzards there but I cannot recall what they are called it was very good though. I will be stopping here much more often now that I know that it exists. We did not wait long at all for our order to come out it appeared they only had two workers in there if you go to any of them other places that have 5 to 6 people working takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food our wait time was only 5 to 10 minutes here was pleasantly surprised.
